Yokoy automates supplier invoice processing
No more tedious invoice sorting, categorizing and typing. With Yokoy, you can easily upload invoices, the artificial intelligence then captures and validates the invoice data. If you want, even the approval can be automated. To complete the invoice processing, nothing needs to be done manually either: The processing can be automatically exported into your accounting system.
How it works

Import the invoice into Yokoy by forwarding the invoice via email, scan and upload if the invoice is in paper form, or import it automatically (e.g. E-bill) if electronic invoice data is available.
Automated invoice capture
In Yokoy, optical character recognition (OCR) reads the entire invoice. Yokoy’s AI recognizes and validates all the components of the invoice (e.g., the supplier, date, purchase order number, amount, line items) and matches the invoice to the captured supplier. The finance team no longer needs to manually enter anything, but only has to check that everything is correct and send the invoice for approval.

Frequently asked questions
What happens when an invoice is entered that should not be paid? E.g. because the amount is not correct, it has already been paid in another way, etc.
In this case, the finance team, which is responsible for approving the invoices after they have been uploaded, can simply delete the invoice in Yokoy.
How does automated invoice management work when there is an approved PO?
When a PO is in place, the invoice only needs to be manually edited in one place with one click: When it is reviewed to be approved. After that, the whole approval can be skipped because this has already taken place in advance by approving the PO, and the invoice data will be automatically exported to the ERP.
Do all invoices need to be approved manually?
No, it is possible to automate approval. If nothing has been changed on the invoice after it has been reviewed for approval, we can set up automatic approval and export.
Can I buy the automated invoice processing separately or do I have to take the whole Yokoy expense management solution?
Yes. If you are looking for automated invoice processing only, you can buy this product separately. The automated expense report (Yokoy Expense) and card management (Yokoy Card) are also available as individual modules.
Of course, the greatest benefit comes from the complete package of expense, invoice and card management, as the interfaces into the ERP system can be used for the entire spend management and also everything can be operated in the same Yokoy app (also mobile app).
