How the integration works

Installation of the integration component (connector) on the client’s SAP system and the associated user training for the users (usually the accounting team).

  • Transfer of expense data from Yokoy to SAP via a standardized connector and the corresponding configuration on the Yokoy side.
  • Transfer of user data via a SCIM interface (usually from Azure Active Directory). If required, this data can be enriched with additional data from SAP.
  • Transfer of expense data from Yokoy to your ERP system via standard files. The data is transferred via an sFTP server so that this process step can be carried out automatically.
  • Transfer of expense data from Yokoy to your ERP system via standard files. It is to be expected that we will have to adapt the Yokoy export file to the specifications of the ERP system.
  • Transfer of cost objects, suppliers, purchase orders and goods receipt postings from SAP using the connector.

The configuration described above is tested by the Specific Group project team and handed over to the client project team as part of the user training to enable the test to be carried out. The initial setup is carried out in the test environment. Once the user acceptance tests have been successfully completed, Specific-Group will set up the configuration in the production environment.

A one-month hyper-care phase will be supported by the Specific-Group project team. After the hyper-care phase, Yokoy’s customer care team will be responsible for further support.
