The history of Yokoy
The five co-founders Dr. Devis Lussi, Lars Mangelsdorf, Melanie Gabriel, Philippe Sahli and Thomas Inhelder know from their own experience how tedious it is to manually prepare, review, approve and process expenses, invoices and credit card transactions. That’s why they have made it their mission to revolutionize corporate spend management.
Today’s Yokoy Group AG was founded in March 2019 under the moniker Expense Robot with a focus on expense management automation. In August 2020, the company and product were renamed to Yokoy.
With its AI-based platform, Yokoy now addresses corporate spend in its entirety – from handling expenses and vendor invoices to managing smart corporate cards.
