Normally you have to calculate 100 to 120 CHF per year per card for card fees alone. Not so with Yokoy: we do not charge any fees and allow you to order as many cards as you need.
We are also absolutely transparent and affordable when it comes to FX fees: For the exchange rate conversion, we rely on the Interbank Exchange Rate and do not charge anything extra (0%).

Who issues the cards?

Yokoy works with Hypothekarbank Lenzburg, which acts as the card issuing bank and holder of the Mastercard license.

Are there also cards for companies based outside Switzerland?

We offer the Yokoy Corporate VISA Card for customers from countries in the European Union. You can also change your selection to the EU pages in the language menu at the top right corner.

What are virtual cards and what is the added value for a company?

Virtual cards are like normal corporate cards, but you don’t receive a physical card. Instead, the relevant card details are immediately displayed on the dashboard and the card can be used directly. In Yokoy, you can choose whether it should be a virtual or physical card when ordering a card. You will receive the virtual card within a few seconds. You can either use it for a specific purpose for certain payments or authorize certain people to use it. In both cases, the company can decide on restrictions, such as the validity period, the spending limit or when and where the card can be used. This makes the virtual card incredibly secure, flexible and very quick to use.

Does Yokoy integrate with my financial and HR systems?

Yokoy integrates with more than 50 systems and versions. Here you can find the list of our standard integrations. In case we do not yet integrate with your specific system, please contact us and let’s discuss. There is also the possibility for you to use our free Open REST API to connect your favorite systems with the Yokoy platform yourself.

How is the data protected?

Data protection is a top priority at Yokoy, so we use modern data encryption standards for both stored data and data in transit. Additionally, Yokoy has tasked external penetration testers (hackers) to constantly check the platform for vulnerabilities. We follow local regulations such as GDPR in the EU or the Swiss Data Protection Act to deliver the best data protection standards.

Can I have the Yokoy card without the Spend Management solution?

Yes, we are happy to put together an individual offer based on your requirements. Nevertheless, the greatest benefit is of course the complete package of expense, invoice and card management, as the interfaces to the ERP system can be used for the entire spend management and everything can also be operated in the same Yokoy application (also on the mobile app).

How long does an implementation take?

Thanks to the latest technology, Yokoy is able to set up and test your individual configurations in a very short time. The projects are carried out either by the Yokoy services team or a certified implementation partner. The actual implementation time depends strongly on the configurations and integrations. It can last from a few weeks to several months, and will be agreed upon with you and your team.

How much does Yokoy cost?

For the Yokoy team, it is important that the spend management tool, Yokoy Pay with cards and Yokoy Invoice are properly set up and integrated into the client’s system landscape. No two setups are the same! We believe in full automation. That’s why we are happy to discuss your specific needs and provide you with a tailored offer.

Can Yokoy be used by large global companies?

Yes, Yokoy brings true added value to global enterprise clients. The tool is built for complex, global multi-entity configurations and integrates with most enterprise ERP & HRM tools such as SAP R3/S4 and Successfactors, among others. Our experienced onboarding project managers will lead the project from the planning to implementation and testing phases, and will hand over the tool to the company during a training workshop session.
