TravelPerk – Spain

TravelPerk is a travel platform for business travel that connects to the Yokoy expense management tool via an API interface. Destinations, transportation and hotels are booked according to preference and company policies, with changes or additions possible at any time. Support is provided free of charge by the TravelPerk team on all communication channels.
Using the existing API interface, all travel data is automatically transferred to the Yokoy expense management tool and reconciled with company and applicable country policies. If everything is compliant, the expense report is automatically approved and transferred to financial accounting for reimbursement. Yokoy has analysis capabilities for a transparent view of a company’s total (travel) costs.

ehotel AG – Germany

With Yokoy bta first connects a SFTP interface. Through this network protocol, bta first travel data is seamlessly transferred to the Yokoy Expense Tool, can be edited and is available for automated expense reporting.

The partnership between DATEV and Yokoy makes it possible to link Yokoy’s AI-based expense management with DATEV’s extensive range of software and services.

Swisscom Ventures – Switzerland

To advance Yokoy’s mission of a globally successful platform for automated, end-to-end spend management and grow the Yokoy team, Yokoy raised CHF 1.7 million in a seed round led by Swisscom Ventures and SIX in March 2020. 

UBS – Switzerland

UBS, the major Swiss bank, and Yokoy have developed a credit card for UBS business customers that allows clients with large transaction volumes to benefit from simplified management of their business expenses. In the process, receipts photographed with the smartphone are automatically uploaded to the Yokoy app, linked to the credit card transactions and correctly posted in the accounting system.

VISA – Germany

Yokoy and VISA have jointly developed a business debit card that digitizes and automates payment processes. Yokoy software acts as an integration platform that mediates between the debit card, spend management software and existing systems for ERP. The Yokoy Visa Business Card is a debit card for all business spending. The card can be used worldwide and is available as both a physical card and a virtual product. There are no fees when used within the EU, no card fees, card account fees, transaction fees and no foreign currency surcharges either.
