Swiss customers can now use Yokoy's Platinum Visa corporate card

Yokoy , the provider of an AI-driven spend management platform for mid-sized and large companies, is now offering customers based in Switzerland the Yokoy Platinum Visa corporate card. 

 

Yokoy automates expenses, corporate card and invoice processing in one intuitive platform. Using AI analyzes unstructured data sets such as invoices and receipts and verify against legal or company policies eliminates the need for manual data entry, saves time and eliminates errors.

The Yokoy Platinum Visa debit card offers these new benefits: 

 

– Virtual cards can be created in real time in the Yokoy app for immediate use. Companies can customise the spending limit for each employee or limit it to dedicated spending categories. For example, the card can only be approved for spending in hotels and restaurants. 

 

– Easier ordering and faster delivery of physical cards. 

 

– Faster provisioning and full card control with one-time use (virtual “one-time cards”). 

 

– The Smart Lodge Card is now also available in Switzerland. This is a central virtual card for the entire company, with which all employees can book and automatically pay for their flights, train journeys, hotels and other travel services – without transaction, foreign currency or card fees. The Smart Lodge Card is seamlessly integrated into all travel management solutions so that all travel and accommodation costs can be paid, recorded, processed and approved automatically. The finance team receives a central overview of all bookings and costs in real time. 

 

– The company’s travel policies are automatically enforced with the Smart Lodge Card. For example, if a company policy states that flights under four hours must be booked in economy class, bookings can only be made if they comply with the policy.  

 

– Online card management: New or additional cards can be ordered online, existing cards can be blocked or cancelled. In addition, the credit limit can be adjusted, restrictions can be set for merchant categories and the cards can be blocked for ATMs. 

 

– All approvals as well as approved and rejected transactions are directly visible in the Yokoy app. 

 

In its corporate card program, Yokoy will now only offer Visa cards to customers in all markets. There will still be no account or card fees or transaction costs.  

 

Swiss customers do not need to change or add to their existing banking relationship. All bank accounts and banking relationships associated with the existing Yokoy cards will remain the same.
